The oldest continuously operating farmers market in the country, spilling down a bluff above Elliott Bay since 1907, with flower stalls, fishmongers, buskers and a warren of lanes and staircases. The outside of it, the cobbled length of Pike Place itself and the terraces above the water, is the part a dog can share.
๐ก Go before 9:00. By late morning the lanes are shoulder to shoulder and a dog at ankle height has a miserable time; early on you get the flower stalls, the fish counters and the view down to the bay with room to walk.
