The 7th wraps the Eiffel Tower, the Champ-de-Mars, the Invalides and the Musee d'Orsay. It is the most monument-heavy district in Paris, with wide avenues and a long riverside walk. The Champ-de-Mars allows leashed dogs on the alleys (lawns banned), and the Esplanade des Invalides is one of the rare large open spaces where small to medium dogs can walk comfortably on leash.
